We've got registries, we've got ideas!

Hi Guys and Dolls,

Lekey has completed her gift registries from Baby's R US. So everyone is welcome to start buying presents!
Just log onto the Baby's R US website and select Lekeydrance Davis, for Newport News, VA. You should be able to see all of the things she's selected for her registry there. I plan to contact each of you, so we can pick a date to start sending out baby gifts for our virtual shower!

Also, I found a helpful checklist that we can use to get our minds going for baby gift ideas. Everyone take a peak at this list and feel free to comment or add any additional ideas you may have, to make sure the Davis' are ready for their new baby girl!

DIAPERING

• Diaper changing pads

• Small thermos to hold warm water (for cleaning babies younger than 6 weeks)

CLOTHING

• 1 pack T-shirts
• 6 one-piece outfits that snap at the crotch (long- and shortsleeved)
• 4 pajama sets
• 6 pairs socks

• 2 pairs stretch cotton pants

• Cotton sweater
• Knit cap
• Sun hat
• Zip-up sweatshirt
• 15 baby hangers

FEEDING

• Nursing pillow
• 6 burp cloths
• 6 bottles equipped with newborn nipples
• Bottle brush
• Insulated bottle holder for diaper bag

CLEANING

• 3 hooded towels
• 2 packs of washcloths

• 2 waterproof liners (one for the bassinet and one for the crib)

• Cool mist humidifier or vaporizer

ON THE GO

• Rear-facing infant car seat with head support padding

There's a baby in there!

Hi Everyone, 

As all of you know, the Davis' are expecting a new baby girl on August 9, 2014!!!! Since we most likely won't be able to see them to throw them a shower. I decided to make Quail and Tank their own little blog site, so we can still spread our love, and we can share in their excitement as the Next Princess comes into our village.

We'll be able to post comments and well wishes to them here whenever you want, and this site can be as interactive as you like. Quail will be able to post pics of her pregnant belly like these:
